Our chefs at Pinion have created a special menu to treat you both this Valentine’s Day, including dishes such as ‘burrata with sumac and chilli watermelon, barley and fennel cracker’ and ‘crispy pork belly with sriracha and honey dressed kohlrabi and apple’. You could enjoy ‘pan-roasted chicken breast with potato gnocchi, cauliflower and parmesan puree, chicken butter sauce’ or share a 35-day-aged sirloin of beef for 2. For dessert, indulge in a ‘dark chocolate tart with tonka cream, whiskied sultanas’.
Please note that this is the only menu available for dinner reservations on Valentine’s Day.
Date night could mean taking precious time to talk and laugh together with someone you’ve shared a lifetime with already or coming together to get to know each other a little more at the beginning of something new.
